Every LuxeBrew roast begins months before the beans arrive. We travel to the mountain farms of Ethiopia and the shaded valleys of Panama, building relationships with smallholder farmers who share our uncompromising standards.
Back in our London roastery, we roast in small batches of just 10kg on a vintage cast-iron drum, ensuring every bean is developed with surgical precision.
